Secure Transactions
MusicBoleh uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to
protect your credit card information. You can place your orders using
Netscape's SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure
transactions) or you can fax your credit card information to us.
Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password
that you set. If you forget your password, we will first verify your
identity and then email your password to the email address you have
listed in your MusicBoleh account.
Returns - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with all MusicBoleh merchandise. You may return any unopened
item, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the
purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
Please note... If you paid by money order, MusicBoleh will automatically issue
you a refund check upon receipt of your return. This check will be
mailed via the Registered Mail to the billing address listed in
your MusicBoleh account.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will
promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you
have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be
charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement
shipments.
Damaged jewel box or cassette case
If a CD jewel box or cassette case arrives cracked or
damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement.
